Achievement of Budgeted Sales targets (MTD & YTD basis) and establishing new business
Generate leads from potential customers and maintaining follow up tracker for all the leads.
Ensure close co-ordination with costing and pricing team for setting up costing and pricing for inter-company products.
Implements regional / branch sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Ensure close co-ordination with Regional Stakeholders & BD team to ensure timely submission of monthly performance deck to management. (MIS reporting)
Responsible for Client Contract Records keeping & ensuring its timely renewals in coordination with the respective Regions & BD team.
To update & Monitor Sales reports on DITI Software (ERP based Module) to enhance / improve the quality of reports and available records.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
10 to 15 yrs of relevant experience out of which 2-3 years of experience as Sales Manager. (Proven Track record of Positive Sales Performance)

Excellent communication, Presentation and organizational skills
Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable customised products or services
Strong follow through and should able to anticipate issues before they arise
Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress and should be hungry for business
Ability to multitask and juggle many competing priorities efficiently
Creating and implementing a sales plan, analyzing sales data and developing budgets
Agility in work and quick timely response to all Business Head & other stakeholders.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for highly sensitive materials and details is key
Should be mobile having his own vehicle
